Submission Guideline

  • Abstract should be submitted by e-mail to the program committee of respective country.

  • Abstracts may be revised until the same.
  • Secretariat office will send you acceptance/rejection notice via email by end of February.
  • Abstracts must be written clearly in English.
  • Abstract must be prepared and turned it as word file (doc or docx).
  • Poster session speakers are requested to upload their presentation data. We will update more information about the data uploading by end of February.

Abstract format

  • Please refer to the template for your easy reference.
  • Use 12-pt Arial Bold font for the title and set in centered.
  • Leave one blank line after the title.
  • The Authors’ names and the affiliations are indicated in 10-pt Times New Roman and centered.
  • List up all of author names and underline the name of presenting author.
  • Put the affiliation number after the Surname of each author, in case there are more than 2 affiliations.
  • Use capital letters for surname. Indicate affiliation & country.
  • The abstract should be concise but informative enough to indicate the contents and conclusion.
  • Main text should be written within about 500 words using 10-pt Times New Roman and set in A4 size “doc.” or “docx.” text.
  • It should be written with minimum line spacing, 0.5 line space after each sentence, left and right justified.
  • One-page abstract should include headings of Backgrounds, Case, Conclusions and Points of discussion.
  • Please do NOT include any pathology images, figures nor tables. The paragraphs are not indented. Paper size is A4. Margins should be set at 25 mm on all sides. Please do not allocate any page numbers.

  • Please check preferred presentation method; Continuous Professional Development (CPD), Oral Presentation, Poster Presentation.
  • It is the responsibility of the submitting author to ensure the abstract is in perfect order with no errors in spelling or grammar.
